Just to let you know a little about me, I love playing my guitar and singing for people. I "plunked" on the guitar as a kid and around family campfires.

In the year 2000, when I was 47 years old, I was involved in a head on collision. I could not walk for a while and could not work for a year. My son-in-law brought over a guitar for me to play. Well, I played it every day!

I enjoyed it and bought my own guitar in a few months. I practiced at least 2 hours every day. I got to where I was "fairly" happy with my performance.

In Westfork, Arkansas there is a group of performers that put on a music show every Saturday night, called the Little Ole Opera. I finally got the courage to get on stage with them. I was hooked.

Still practicing every day, I tried a few local bars...It was ok...but the drunks became something I did not want to deal with. I then approached some local nice restaurants and they agreed to let me play for dinner and tips. That was ok, but they still wanted me in the bar area. I came up with the idea of playing at festivals and farmers markets, I have yet to meet a drunk at a farmer's market.

I play mostly covered songs, but I have written 6 songs.
